In accordance with PUBLIC SAFETY (430 ILCS 66/) Firearm Concealed Carry Act, concealed weapons are not allowed in the Will County Court House.
The Will County Sheriff’s Office Attorney Card does not permit the bearer to possess a concealed firearm in the court house regardless of whether or not the Attorney has a valid Concealed Carry Permit.

All Attorney's will be required to present a Will County Sheriff's Office Attorney Security Pass in order to access the Will County Court House via a separate entrance. 

Attorneys are able to obtain or renew passes at the Will County Courthouse on the first floor in the Sheriff’s Office.   The hours of operation will be 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday…except holidays.  Attorneys may also renew their Attorney Pass by mail, by downloading the Attorney Pass Renewal Form. 

The cost of the attorney pass is $35.00 payable by cash, business or firm check, as well as credit or debit cards.

The passes will valid for one year from the month of issue.

The cost to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card is $5.00
