9/28 Location: S. Western Avenue and W. Crete-Monee Crete
Summary: Annette Stephens, age 34, of Chicago Heights was cited for driving with suspended registration.
9/29 Location: 1800 block of E. Notre Dame Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole a set of wedding rings and a gold necklace. Several rooms had been ransacked.
Location: S. Will Center Road and W. Offner Monee
Summary: Larry Skarr, age 60, of Peotone was cited for failure to yield, failure to report accident, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
10/2 Location: 24000 block of S. Governors Highway Monee
Summary: Justin Jacks, age 30 of Monee was cited for noise restriction ordinance violation.
10/3 Location: W. County Line Road and S. Rt. 45 Peotone
Summary: John W. Bilthuis, age 57, of Peotone was cited for driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding.
SOUTH TOWNSHIPS
9/29 Location: 1500 block of Widows Road Wilmington
Summary: An unknown male/white subject was observed inside a pole barn on private property. When the property owner confronted him, he had a case of Busch Light beet and a bottle of vodka with him that he had taken from the barn. The subject took off down the roadway after being confronted.
10/2 Location: Delaney and Hawkshead Manhattan
Summary: Wulf Cinq Mars, age 46, of Putnam, IL was cited for aggravated speeding.
FRANKFORT AND NEW LENOX
9/27 Location: 20000 block of S. LaGrange Rd. Frankfort
Summary: Troy Moore, age 53, of Bourbonnais was cited for improper use of registration and driving while license suspended.
9/29 Location: W. Joliet Highway and S. Nelson New Lenox
Summary: Thomas Cunningham, age 49, of 1108 Shagbark in New Lenox was cited for aggravated speeding.
9/30 Location: 7218 W. Lincoln Highway Speedway Frankfort
Summary: Victim stated that while running into the store she left her 2017 Chevy Traverse running with the keys inside and unlocked. An unknown male/black subject was then observed entering the vehicle and stealing it. Several credit cards, a cell phone, and cash were inside the vehicle at time of theft. On 10/1/22, Hammond Indiana Police recovered the stolen vehicle and arrested Antwon Newell at a Walmart in Hammond. Hammond Police stated they were charging Newell with auto theft and resisting arrest. The victim’s vehicle was returned to her.

Summary: Jasmen Paul, age 27, of Richton Park was cited for aggravated speeding.
10/2 Location: W. Benton and W. Inverness Lane Frankfort
Summary: Monica Pokorny, age 51 of S. Thistle Lane in Frankfort was arrested for DUI, failure to report accident, failure to render aid of personal injury accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration and improper lane usage.

Summary: Jalen McGary, age 20, of Joliet was cited for aggravated speeding.

Summary: Kanishea Doby, age 30, of North Aurora was cited for aggravated speeding.

9/28 Location: 1913 S. Chicago St. Chrome Shop 136
Summary: An unknown male with medium brown skin and dark hair was observed on video surveillance stealing a 1984 Theu 40’ Gooseneck trailer.

Summary: Alexis Martin, age 49, of Joliet was cited for suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
9/29 Location: N. Eastern and E. Washington
Summary: Amarrie Massey, age 20, of Rockdale was cited for no valid driver’s license, expired registration and improper headlights.
10/1 Location: W. Jefferson and Nicholson
Summary: Claudine Snyder-Sellers, age 50, of 1012 Richmond in Joliet was cited for aggravated driving while license revoked, improper lighting, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and was held on an active Rushville County warrant.
Location: E. Jackson and N. Eastern
Summary: Arturo Roman, age 35, of 419 Abe St. in Joliet was arrested for aggravated SUI, possession of a controlled substance, DUI, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid driver’s license.
10/2 Location: 300 block of Hartford Place
Summary: Miguel Montes, age 33, of Joliet was cited for resisting police officers.
HOMER GLEN
9/27 Location: 15000 block of W. Wheatstone Drive
Summary: A witness observed a silver/white large SUV parked in the driveway of their neighbor’s residence. The witness then observed five unknown male/black individuals running out of the neighbor’s home and drive away. The homeowner arrived home shortly after and found that the individuals had broken into the home but did not see anything missing at time of report.
9/28 Location: S. Pheasant Lane and W. Holm Drive
Summary: Irma Zarate-Mascorro, age 54, of 2657 Vermont St. in Blue Island was cited for no valid driver’s license and failure to stop at stop sign.
Location: W. 159th St. and S. Cedar Road
Summary: Aidan Wilda, age 19, of 218 Daggett Avenue in Lockport was cited for driving while license revoked and aggravated speeding.
Location: 12330 W. 143rd St. Smokers Expo
Summary: Two unknown male subjects broke the front door glass to the business. No one entered the store, and nothing was stolen.
9/30 Location: Various businesses throughout the Village of Homer Glen
Summary: Sheriff’s deputies conducted an ordinance check on nine Homer Glen businesses regarding accountability for Illinois law limiting/prohibiting the sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. Five of the establishments passed the compliance check. Four of the establishments did not pass the compliance check and employees were cited for the violation.
Location: 14169 S. Bell Road Meijer
Summary: Samantha A. Wrona, age 43, no residence, was arrested for theft over $500. She was held on several outstanding warrants.
Location: 12147 W. 159th Street Eddy’s Tobacco
Summary: Around 1:30am, while deputies were on routine patrol, they heard a loud noise coming from the area of Eddy’s Tobacco. Deputies went to the business and observed damage to the front door and two subjects wearing black, ski masks, and gloves fleeing from the scene. About $400 in merchandise and cash were stolen from the store. Deputies set up a perimeter of the area but met with negative results in catching the subjects. Several CBD items were recovered in the area.

Summary: Brad T. Stanbery, age 53, of Kernersville, NC was cited for aggravated speeding.
10/3 Location: W. 159th St. and S. Hidden Valley Trail
Summary: Sarah Rasmussen, age 26, of Tinley Park was cited for aggravated speeding.
LOCKPORT
10/3 Location: 400 block of E. North St.
Summary: Joshua Koetz, age 40, of Peachtree Lane in Lockport was arrested for criminal damage to property.
