HOMER GLEN
10/4 Location: 15000 block of S. Parker Road
Summary: Deputies were dispatched to a residence regarding a stolen vehicle at 5:50am. Dispatch advised deputies that the victim was following the offender who had stolen his (Napa Auto) work van. Dispatch continued to update deputies regarding the location of the pursuit; Rt. 6 and Will-Cook Road, west on Rt. 6 toward I55, I355 north exiting at 159th St., and ultimately was stopped by deputies at 159th and Gougar Road after executing a traffic stop. The driver, Wayne Coleman, age 56, of 14436 Union in Riverdale, IL was arrested and taken into custody. He was charged with motor vehicle theft.
Location: 12720 W. 159th St. A Touch of Green
Summary: Manager stated that upon arriving at work she noticed several steel rolling carts moved into the front entrance of the business. The carts contained concrete paver stone and decorative concrete fountains that had been located in front of the business. Video surveillance revealed that about midnight, an unknown male suspect came onto the property, loaded the concrete materials into the carts and move them.
10/5 Location: 159th St. and S. Will Cook Road
Summary: Wajdy Odtallah, age 27, of Lansing was cited for driving while license suspended and suspended registration.
Location: S. Parker and S. Shoshoni Drive
Summary: Haley Hudson, age 19 of Chicago was cited for no valid driver’s license and speeding.
10/6 Location: 15000 block of W. 139th St.
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole cash, jewelry box, and jewelry. The home had also been ransacked.
Location: S. Stonebridge and W. Penny Lane
Summary: Roman A. Lopez, age 20, of Midlothian was cited for aggravated speeding.
10/10 Location: 15000 block of W. Nolan Court
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole women’s jewelry, about 20 men’s shirts, five men’s watches, and 20 bottles of Maldovan wine.
JOLIET
10/4 Location: Grant Avenue and Baker Avenue
Summary: Raul Valdez, age 64, of Chicago was cited for driving while license revoked and improper turn at intersection.
10/5 Location: 2nd Avenue and S. Park Road
Summary: Jeavondas Crayton, age 25, of Joliet was cited for expired registration, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: N. Briggs and Maple Road
Summary: Nicholas Williams, age 21, of Joliet was cited for driving while registration suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: 95 S. Chicago St. Adult Detention Facility
Summary: Derrell D. Draper, age 40, of 807 Hollow Glen in Joliet was charged with public indecency.
10/7 Location: Ridgewood and Thayer
Summary: Roberto Diaz, age 39, of 1209 Sterling Avenue in Joliet was arrested for aggravated DUI, DUI, no valid driver’s license, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.
10/8 Location: Scott St. and E. Liberty St.
Summary: Martin Garcia, age 32, of Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration, and improper lighting,
10/9 Location: Cherry Hill Road and E. Washington
Summary: Several people within the area reported hearing multiple gunshots. Bullet holes were observed going into the front windows of a residence. The homeowners were not injured, and deputies were unable to find the offenders.
Location: E. Jackson and Collins St
Summary: Luis Ramirez Diaz, age 33, of 615 Mack St. in Joliet was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage and expired registration.
10/10 Location: 1110 Manhattan Road Windy City Jay Truck Sales
Summary: Manager stated that seventeen semi-trucks were broken into over the weekend and the CPC modules were stolen out of them. Video surveillance revealed multiple subjects entering the property and can be seen breaking into trucks. Estimated loss of theft is $85,000.
A second victim also made a report with deputies. That victim stated that his semi-truck was also broken into, and the CPC module had been stolen.
FRANKFORT AND NEW LENOX
10/6 Location: S. Harlem and W. St. Francis Road Frankfort
Summary: Michelle Stokoski, age 66, of Matteson was cited for aggravated speeding.
10/10 Location: S. Harlem and W. 194th St. Frankfort
Summary: Ronald Byrne, age 55, of Chicago was cited for aggravated speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
WEST TOWNSHIPS
10/5 Location: 12151 S. Rhea Drive National Soft Wash Plainfield
Summary: Person/s unknown stole the catalytic converter from a Chevy box truck that was parked in the front parking lot of the business.
10/7 Location: 23736 W. 119th St. Tee Time Lawn Care Plainfield
Summary: Person/s unknown stole the catalytic converters from 11 of the company trucks. Each truck is equipped with two converters which made the total stolen was 22 converters. Estimated loss: over $14,000.
10/10 Location: Rt. 59 and Caton Farm Road Plainfield
Summary: Taylor Bovio, age 26, of Warrenville was cited for driving while license suspended.
Location: 21000 block of W. Jennings Court Plainfield
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and attempted to steal the vehicle by dismantling the steering column and tearing wires.
Location: 16360 S. Lincoln Highway Amoco Gas/Dunkin Donuts Plainfield
Summary: Three unknown young male black subjects were observed on video footage driving up to the business around 1:49am and throwing a brick threw an entry door of the gas stations. Offenders then made entry through the Dunkin Donuts door. $200 was stolen from a cash register near the drive-thru window. The used in the robbery was identified as being stolen from Matteson.

10/7 Location: 338 Princeton Avenue
Summary: Anthony Wrights, age 41, of this address was arrested for aggravated battery and domestic battery.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
10/4 Location: 10000 block of W. Wilmington-Peotone Road Peotone
Summary: Christine J. Eich, age 51, of Beecher was arrested for DUI, driving while license revoked, suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, transportation of open alcohol and driving with expired license plates.
10/5 Location: S. Rt 394 and W. Elms Court Lane Crete
Summary: Mayowa Balogun, age 31, of Sauk Village was cited for aggravated speeding.
Location: W. Monee-Manhattan Road an S. Sunset Drive Monee
Summary: Kireannah Westley, age 21, of Chicago was cited for expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license.
10/6 Location: University Parkway and Blackhawk Drive University Park
Summary: Jennifer Lynn, age 38, of Crete was cited for driving while license revoked, driving on revoked registration and improper vehicle equipment.
10/7 Location: 25000 block of S. Countess Lane Crete
Summary: Deputies were dispatched to a residence where they spoke with a 23-year-old female who stated that around 11:30pm, while getting her three-year-old child from the backseat of her 2011 Chevy Malibu, three unknown subjects approached her. One of the subjects pointed a handgun to the rear of her head and instructed her to hand over the vehicle keys. She complied. The three subjects then entered the vehicle and drove off. The victim and her child were not injured. The description of the subjects was one female black, 5’0”, thin build, wearing black with a black face mask: two male blacks, about 5’8” to 5’10”, thin builds, wearing black with black ski masks.
10/8 Location: 25000 block of S. Gregory Lane Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a purse, $200, and miscellaneous credit cards, and identification.
SOUTH TOWNSHIPS
10/5 Location: E. Main St. and S. Van Buren Reed
Summary: James W. Panfil, age 72, of Godley was cited for aggravated driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registration, and failure to signal while turning.
10/6 Location: Delaney and Hawkshead Drive Manhattan
Summary: Jonathan Fabian, age 34, of Frankfort was cited for speeding, driving while license suspended and expired registration.
10/7 Location: I55 and W. Coal City Road Reed
Summary: Polet Sotello-Campos, age 22, of 20 N. Center Street in Joliet was arrested for aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting a peace officer and obstructing justice. Angel A. Lopez, age 21, of Bolingbrook was cited for driving with expired license plates, excessive tint windows, driving while license suspended and resisting a peace officer. Lopez was held on an active Will County warrant and an active Kenosha Police warrant.
