            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles. One vehicle had a wallet stolen.  The victim checked her credit cards and realized offender/s had already used it at a nearby Speedway, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and several other companies. The other vehicle had a debit card stolen.  The victim checked his account and discovered that offender/s had already used his card for over $800 at a nearby Lowes.

            Summary:  Carleton Pryor, age 33, of 1118 Parkwood in Joliet was arrested for violating an order of protection and assault.

            Summary:  Daniel C. Wilson, age 33, of 11515 Settlers Pond Way in Orland Park was cited for aggravated speeding.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown cut the catalytic convertor out of a company van while it was parked in the company parking lot overnight.

            Summary:  Mark C. Heggie, age 39, of 19515 W. Goodwin Road in Wilmington was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, endangering the health/life of a child, DUI/drugs, driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of cannabis, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage, improper use of registration and failure to secure registration.  Kilee Brassard, age 26, of 19515 W Goodwin Road in Wilmington was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

            Summary:  Two unknown black subjects were observed entering an unlocked vehicle.  A winter coat was stolen.  Offender/s were seen entering a light colored SUV.

            Summary:  Joshua Washington, age 21, of 126 Akin in Joliet was arrested for DUI, failure to provide information after striking property, failure to report accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper turn, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving on wrong side of road.

            Summary:  Shawniquia McAfee, age 24, of 704 Campbell in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and failure to dim headlights.

 

HOMER GLEN

 

12/8     Location:  13000 block of S. Long Run Drive

            Summary:  A homeowner reported that around 3pm, while she was outside, she was approached by a white male subject who had exited a mid-sized dark colored SUV.  The man identified himself as an employee of ComEd and provided an ID card that had a photo on it.  The photo did not resemble the man who was holding it.  The woman stated that the man told her there was a car that had struck a utility pole down the street and her power may go out in twenty minutes.  The man asked to come into the house to check the outlets.  When the man entered, he checked her thermostat and then entered the kitchen where a second man was standing.  Shortly after looking at the outlets in the kitchen, both men left.  She later discovered that cash and fine jewelry had been stolen from a bedroom.

            Summary:  Cielito Clavero, age 31, of 10716 Linder Avenue in Oak Lawn was cited for aggravated speeding.

            Summary:  Joshua Burchardt, age 31, of 21665 W. Grand Avenue in Wilmington was cited for driving while license suspended and improper lane usage.

            Summary:  Adonis Horton, age 37, of 5014 W. Monroe St. in Chicago was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.

            Summary:  Persons unknown stole a 2013 Volkswagen CC Sport from a driveway after 4am.  The doors were unlocked with the keys in the vehicle.  The vehicle owner believed that this type of crime would not happen in his neighborhood.

            Summary:  James C. Beil, age 73, of 9702 Hummingbird Hill Drive in Orland Park was arrested for aggravated battery and Christopher Beil, age 48, of 13109 W. 184^th Place in Mokena was arrested for disorderly conduct.

            Summary:  Employee stated that person/s unknown stole a barrel of ammunition shell casings from inside a storage container.  Video surveillance is being reviewed.   Under investigation.

            Summary:  Jonathan Esquivel, age 21, of 425 Whitney Avenue in Joliet was cited for aggravated speeding.

12/3     Location:  26000 block of W. Renwick Road                                    Plainfield

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered two vehicles.  One vehicle was unlocked vehicle and nothing was missing.  The second vehicle has a window broken out in order for offender/s to enter it.  Nothing was missing from the vehicle.   Offender/s also entered two barns located on the property.  Nothing was missing.

 

12/5     Location:  W. Crossroads Parkway and Veterans Parkway               DuPage

            Summary:  Ramos A. Velasquez, age 19, of 941 W. North Avenue in Villa Park was cited for reckless driving, street racing, aggravated speeding and no valid driver’s license.  Ramos M. Garcia, age 21, of 1051 Ferrari Drive in Bensenville was cited for reckless driving, street racing and aggravated speeding.

 

12/7     Location:  9700 block of S. Carls Drive                                 Plainfield

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered a shed and stole four mountain bikes, four bicycle helmets, a tool kit, a child seat and a pressure pump.

 

SOUTH TOWNSHIPS

 

12/1     Location:  2918 E. Division St.                      Diamond                     Naked Sun Tanning

            Summary:  Sheriff’s deputies responded to an activated alarm around 6am.  Person/s unknown had stolen about $6 in miscellaneous change. 

 

12/3     Location:  3195 E. Division St.                      Diamond Shell

            Summary:  Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene around 10:11pm regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred.  An employee stated a male, black, in his mid 20’s, with a medical mask on, entered the store before pumping fuel into his vehicle.   The man paid cash for the gas and returned outside to pump the gas.  He then reentered the store, laid a written note and a twenty-dollar bill on the counter.  The note stated that he wanted money from the cash register, the employees’ cell phone, and ID, and he would not be harmed.  The male proceeded to show the employee that he had a firearm under his jacket.  The employee cooperated and the offender got off with the cell phone and some cash.  The offender left the $20 on the counter, exited the store, and drove off in a black, newer model Dodge Charger.  The employee was not injured in the incident.

            Summary:  Charlie Nicholson, age 29, of 2140 Lilac Lane in Aurora was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane usage, failure to report accident, failure to give aid, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

EAST TOWNSHIPS

 

12/1     Location:  900 block of E. Goodenow Road                                      Crete

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a construction storage container and stole three sawzalls, a generator, an electric hydraulic hole punch, a level, three drills, eleven tool batteries and a torque wrench. A Kawasaki Mule side-by-side vehicle was also stolen from the site.  It was later located about half a mile away on S. Park Avenue.  The vehicle was still running and was not damaged.

            Summary:  Daniel Gasca, age 51, 1857 Asbury Circle Drive in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and possession of suspended license.

            Summary:  Persons unknown stole a John Deere 318D Bobcat with an 8-foot plow attached.

            Summary:  Heather L. Oram, age 31, of 109 Schorie Avenue in Joliet was arrested for DUI, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

            Summary:  Hunter Harvey, age 19, of 1800 Hillcrest Road in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license, no registration lights and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  He was held on a valid Will County warrant.

            Summary:  Dillon J. Michalek, age 21, of 931 Plainfield Road in Joliet was arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and no FOID card.  He was held on a active warrant.  Keon D. Wiley, Jr., age 21, of 304 Arrowhead Drive in Shorewood was cited for failure to signal.

            Summary:  Estaban Rivera, age 40, of 903 Ann St. in Joliet was arrested for DUI, aggravated fleeing/eluding police and aggravated speeding.

            Summary:  Holliday Kippi, age 23, of 6042 S. Green St. in Chicago was cited for aggravated speeding.

12/7     Location:  1600 block of Fairmont Avenue

            Summary:  Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence regarding shots fired.  Upon arrival, they spoke with homeowners who stated that about 10pm, while inside their home, they heard over 30 gunshots.  Joliet Police reported getting a call for over 20 shots fired in the area a few minutes before that.  Several bullets struck the home.  No one was injured.

            Summary:  Donyal Hudson-Hilliard, age 20, of 4428 Imperial Drive in Richton Park was cited for aggravated speeding and driving while license revoked.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke out a side window of a vehicle in order to gain entry.  Stolen was a pair of Van shoes, a pair of Adidas shoes, workout clothes, an Apple Airpod and JB headphones.

            Summary:  Jasmine Simpson, age 32, of 14026 S.             Summary:  Matthew Unruh, age 28, of 321 Herndon St. in Park Forest was arrested for possession of cannabis over 100gms.

 

            Location:   Hillside Road

            Summary:  Victim stated that she found a 2006 Nissan on Facebook Marketplace and reached out to the seller to purchase it.  The seller advised that she needed $1,4000 in Ebay gift cards for the sale.  The victim purchased the gift cards, emailed photocopies of the gift cards to Ebay@motor-pay.us and received an invoice.  She later contacted Ebay and they stated that the email she was given by the seller was fraudulent and advised the victim that she was involved in a scam. 

 

11/18   Location:  95 S. Chicago St.                           Adult Detention Facility

            Summary:  Victor J. Hall, age 29, of 808 W. 76^th St. in Chicago was charged with aggravated battery to a correctional officer.

            Summary:  Stephen Pancoast, age 25, of 15 Maple Avenue in Hatboro, PA was arrested for obstructed front windshield, improper lane usage, possession of cannabis over 2000 grams and possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

            Summary:  Francisco Quezada-Mercado, age 27, of 321 Wilhelm Court in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, failure to signal, loud muffler, suspended registration and displaying a suspended license.

            Summary:  Kevin Bew, age 50, of 1102 Cypress Lane in Joliet was cited for no registration lights, improper lane usage and aggravated driving while license revoked.

            Summary:  Chastity Logan, age 39, of 25738 S. Bridle Path in Channahon was cited for driving while license suspended.

            Summary:  Terrence T. Williams, age 25, of 1107 Magnolia Avenue in Joliet was charged with criminal damage to government property.

            Summary:  James E. Casillas, age 34, of 3 Davison in Joliet was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm, and unlawful possession of a weapon by a gang member.  James E. Fox, age 27, of 330 S. Ottawa in Joliet was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.

 

            Location:  1800 block of White Avenue

            Summary:  Person/s unknown shattered a vehicle window in order to gain entry.  Stolen was a Harley Davidson bag, two epi pens, and a rebate card.

            Summary:  John J. O’Brien, age 39, of 206 Sheridan in Joliet was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

 

11/23   Location:  W. Jefferson and N. Hammes

            Summary:  Rebecca Juarez. Age 35, of 116 St. Jude Avenue in Joliet was cited for speeding, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  She was held on two valid Will County FTA warrants.

 

            Location:  Caton Farm and Essington

            Summary:  Jose Garcia-Reyes, age 26, of 1924 Marlboro Lane in Crest Hill was cited for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

            Summary:  Laura Kinney, age 42, of 8135 W. Orchard Drive in Frankfort was arrested for aggravated battery and domestic battery.

            Summary:  Maurice T. Thomas, age 30, of 236 S. Highpoint Drive in Romeoville was cited for aggravated speeding.

            Summary:  Anthony L. Bovan, age 36, of 2716 Latrobe Avenue in Peoria was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to signal, and driving while license suspended.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke out a window to a vehicle in order to gain entry.  Stolen was $28, 48 lottery tickets and a Smith and Wesson bodyguard magazine.

            Summary:  Retha Osborn, age 45, of 10 Arlington Drive in Diamond was arrested for DUI, improper lighting, improper lane usage, improper display of registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

            Summary:  Demetrio Garza, age 49, of 12 Loblolly Court in Lemont was cited for aggravated speeding.

 

11/23   Location:  12000 block of W. Oak Valley Trail

            Summary:  An unknown male and unknown female stole a 10ft. ladder from a residence after the couple asked the homeowner if the ladder was for sale.  The homeowner told the couple that it was not for sale but a short time later observed them parked down the street and loading the ladder into their vehicle.  The vehicle then sped off.

            Summary:  Daniel Cahill, age 21, of 21 Blue Bird Lane in Beecher was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper use of registration.
