            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole catalytic converters off two vehicles that were in the parking lot of the business.

            Summary:  Robert W. Alheim, age 58, of 11030 McVicker Avenue in Chicago Ridge was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device.

 

11/24   Location:  8800 block of W. 191^st St.                                     Frankfort

            Summary:  Latrell Brown, age 29, of 13028 Burley Avenue in Chicago was cited for improper lane usage, driving while license revoked and disobeying a traffic control device.

            Summary:  Konstantines Loumbroukos, age 33, of 7655 W. Riverton Court in Frankfort was cited for suspended registration and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown, driving a black Chevy sedan, shot six bullets at a residence about 10:30pm.  A front window and doorframe were damaged by the bullets.  Two bullet holes were also found inside the home in the drywall of the living room.  No one was injured.

 

            Location:  1313 E. Cass                      Vega Auto Repair

            Summary:  Person/s unknown removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle that was parked in the parking lot of the business.

 

11/24   Location:  1217 Channahon Road                  Cassens Transport

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole five catalytic converters from five different cars that the company had parked in their parking lot.

 

11/25   Location:  W. Laraway and Manhattan Road

            Summary:  Myisha S. Bridges, age 41, of 7101 175^th St. in Tinley Park was arrested for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to notify SOS of address change, DUI, two counts of aggravated DUI and two counts of endangering the life/health of a child.

 

11/26   Location:  95 S. Chicago St.                                       Adult Detention Facility

            Summary:  Jeffrey L. Hayes, age 19, of 349 Appling Lane in Bolingbrook was charged with aggravated battery to a correctional officer.

 

            Location:  100 block of Redbud Drive

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke a window out of a vehicle in order to make entry.  Offender/s stole four credit cards, driver’s license and $100.

 

11/27   Location:  S. Briggs and 3^rd Avenue

            Summary:  Briana Featherston, age 23, of 1720 Arbor Lane in Crest Hill was cited for aggravated speeding.

 

            Location:  5^th Avenue and S. Eastern Avenue

            Summary:  Johnnie Wallace, age 58, of 1422 Mills Road in Joliet was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, failure to signal turn.

 

            Location:  Eunice Avenue

            Summary:  A 43-year-old male victim was walking from his vehicle to his front door when an unknown vehicle drove by and began shooting at the residence.  The victim was struck in the stomach and drove himself to the hospital for treatment.  Was being taken into surgery at time of report.  Other residents were inside the home but were not injured. 

 

            Location:  2000 block of Maple Road

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke a window out of a vehicle in order to gain entry.  Offender/s stole a purse that was near the passenger seat.  Stolen was a driver’s license, $6, two bankcards and a set of checks.

 

11/28   Location:  25520 W. Black Road                   Tri County Stockdale

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into the business and stole USC from two cash registers.

 

            Location:  Black Road

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke out the passenger side window of a Will County deputy squad car while it was parked near the roadway.

 

            Location:  S. Larkin and McDonough St.

            Summary:  Nakesha Love, age 29, of 1600 Englewood Avenue in Lockport was cited for suspended registration, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

 

11/29   Location:  I80 and S. Briggs

            Summary:  Carlos A. Rosa, age 44, of 11 Ericsson St. in Worcester, MA was arrested for speeding, cannabis trafficking, manufacture/delivery of cannabis with intent to deliver over 5,000grams, and possession of cannabis over 5,000grams.

 

            Location:  1300 block of Brown Avenue

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a catalytic converter off a landscaping company truck.

 

            Location:  1000 block of Ridgewood Avenue

            Summary:  Victim stated that around 4:15am he heard a sawing/grinding noise outside the front of his residence.  The victim went outside and saw a male/white dress in dark clothing, laying underneath the victim’s vehicle.  The victim confronted the man and the man took off in a blue sedan, entering the passenger side.  The man was attempting to steal the catalytic converter.

            Summary:  Omar Cardona-Tenorio, age 45, of 648 S. Lacrosse Avenue in Chicago was cited for driving while license suspended and improper lane usage.

            Summary:  Kelvin Tate, age 55, of 1612 Aaron Lane in Joliet was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage.

11/18   Location:  W. Bruce Road and S. Meader Road

            Summary:  Zonia Vasquez, age 24, of 805 Union Drive in University Park was cited for aggravated speeding, improper passing, improper lane usage and failure to signal.

11/22   Location:  15000 block of W. Stately Oaks Drive

            Summary:  Three unknown individuals with masks and black hoodies were observed on video surveillance walking up to a residence.  Two of the subjects entered an open attached garage door and stole a 2020 silver Lexus NX300 that was parked inside.  One of the offenders was observed with a handgun.  No one was injured.  The homeowner was inside at the time of the theft and stated that the garage door had only been open for approximately 20 minutes when the incident occurred.    Under investigation.

            Summary:  Tyrone L. Jackson, age 27, of 1102 Fairview Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving while registration suspended.

            Summary:  Ollie R. Autman, age 54, of 202 Luana Road in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, failure to signal and expired registration.

 

11/14   Location:  Plainfield Road and Peach St.

            Summary:  Jonathan Vargas, age 25, of 835 N. May St. in Aurora was arrested for DUI and driving on wrong side of roadway.

            Summary:  Mark Maciejewski, age 39, of 24122 W. Lockport St. in Plainfield was cited for driving while license suspended and was held on an active Will County warrant.

            Summary:  Kelishiann Steele, age 27, of 16152 Wallace St. in Harvey was cited for no valid license, speeding, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

 

11/10   Location:  9000 block of W. 191^st St.                        Frankfort

            Summary:  Nicole LaCruze, age 32, of 1205 Circle Avenue in Louisville, KY was cited for unsafe tires, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

 

11/15   Location:  7815 W. Lincoln Highway                        Frankfort               New Image Lounge

            Summary:  At 10:30pm, deputies responded to the bar and spoke with the bartender and patrons who stated that a male subject came into the bar and began smoking a cigarette.  He was told to stop.  He then became overfriendly with another patron and then was asked to leave the bar.  The subject left and returned a short time later.  The subject then began arguing with another patron that led to a physical altercation.  The subject was told to leave the bar again which he did.  The subject returned a third time, entering a side door with a handgun and began pointing it at everyone.  Patrons began to take cover and scatter.  The subject then left the bar and all doors were locked to ensure patron’s safety until deputies arrived.  No one was injured. The subject never fired the weapon and was not on scene when deputies arrived.  Under investigation.

 

            Location:  7218 W. Lincoln Highway                        Speedway                   Frankfort

            S8mmary:  Deputies were called to the scene at 3:30am regarding a theft.  Upon arrival, they spoke with an employee who stated that a male/black about six feet tall entered the store with a facemask on.  The subject asked where the Red Bull was located.  The subject retrieved two cases of Red Bull and upon setting it on the counter told the employee that he did not have money to pay for it but would bring money later.  The employee asked the subject to leave the store.   A short time later, while the employee was cleaning up a broken bottle of wine, he observed the subject inside the store again. The subject was then observed going behind the counter, and grab three bottles of Jack Daniels and a 12-pack of Modelo.  When the employee attempted to stop the subject, the subject grabbed the employee and threw him against a partition.  The subject dropped one of the bottles and fled the store.

            Summary:  Joseph T. Sanchez, age 20, of 2321 Huron Terrace in Waukegan was arrested for speeding and possession of cannabis.

 

11/5     Location:  Arthur Avenue

            Summary:  Victim stated that around 6:20am he heard one of his vehicle alarms go off and went outside.  Victim observed a black male with a yellow hooded sweatshirt carrying a toolbox in his driveway.  The victim yelled at him and the male lifted his sweatshirt to show the victim that he had a handgun in his waistband.  The offender yelled to the victim that he would shoot him.  The victim called police, found that the offender had broken a vehicle window, and stole a purse from the backseat.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown kicked in the back door of a residence.  It did not appear that anything was stolen at time of report.

            Summary:  Kanye M. Horton, age 18, of 908 White Oak Lane in University Park was arrested for aggravated battery, failure to report a personal injury accident and leaving the scene of an accident.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a storage unit sometime between 8/8/21 and 11/4/21 and stole an air conditioner, air compressor, and a microwave.

            Summary:  Antonio Lara, age 29, of 24203 Leski Lane in Plainfield was arrested for DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

            Summary:  Owner of Innovative Design Home Remodeling stated that person/s unknown stole a forklift from the business property.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a catalytic converter from a 2008 Ford Eco-Line U-Haul truck.

            Summary:  Daniel J. Sykes, age 29, of 1315 Prairie Avenue in Chicago Heights was arrested for aggravated battery, trespassing to residence, and obstructing a peace officer.

 

11/8     Location:  200 block of W. Colorado Avenue                       Frankfort

            Summary:  Scott P. Hadley, age 62, of 600 Lincoln Lane in Frankfort was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation/possession of alcohol.

11/4     Location:  13000 block of W. Doede Lane

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a residence and ransacked several rooms.  It was unknown at time of report if anything was stolen.

 

            Location:  14903 S. Founders Crossing                      Front Row Bar

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole a purse that had been left inside. 

 

            Location:  13000 block of W. Rado Drive

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles that were parked in the resident’s driveway.  One vehicle was ransacked with nothing stolen; the second vehicle was also ransacked with $70 stolen.  Deputies also located a small cloth bag in the front lawn of the residence.  The bag did not belong to the homeowners.  It contained gym clothing and an identification card.  The ID belonged to a person whose car had been burglarized in Orland Park.

 

11/5     Location:  15000 block of W. 143^rd St.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a residence and ransacked two bedrooms.  Nothing was stolen.

11/2     Location:  E. Washington and Davison

            Summary:  Miguel Torres-Hernandez, age 25, of 213 SW Circle Drive in Joliet was cited for aggravated speeding.

 

            Location:  18141 S. Briggs St.                                   Seasons Landscape

            Summary:  An unknown male/white, driving a red Ford pickup truck, was observed on video surveillance stealing four chainsaws from a business garage.

 

            Location:  3200 McDonough St.                    Will County Justice Center

            Summary:  Christina Minnick, age 25, of 527 Ontario in Joliet was charged with contempt of court.

 

11/5     Location:  900 block of New Lenox Road

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into an unoccupied residence.  It appeared that person/s unknown had been living/sleeping there.

 

11/8     Location:  2400 block of Cosmic

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke out the back window of a truck and stole miscellaneous tools from inside and from the truck bed.

10/27   Location:  16000 block of W. McDonald Drive

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a garage and stole a brand new Honda snow blower from a residence.

 

11/1     Location:  400 block of Dellwood Avenue

            Summary:  Rachael Edwards, age 56, of 413 Bruce Road in Lockport was cited for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper backing of vehicle, and failure to report an accident.

 

JOLIET

 

10/28   Location:  W. Jefferson St. and Republic

            Summary:  Michael J. Radovick, age 37, of 413 W. Hickory St. in Kankakee was arrested for aggravated driving while license suspended, disobeying a traffic control device and illegal transportation/possession of alcohol.  

 

            Location:  16245 S. Essington Road              High Tech Towers

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole 100 feet of copper wire and five bus bars.  Total loss and repair estimated at $20,000.

 

10/30   Location:  N. Broadway and Ingalls

            Summary:  Ryan J. Scott, age 35, of 133 Boulder in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, failure to signal and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  Scott was also held on an active Will County warrant.

 

            Location:  95 S. Chicago St.                           Adult Detention Facility

            Summary:  Justin C. Dukes, age 25, of 206 Barrett Drive in Yorkville was arrested for assault after he refused to follow commands and attempted to stab a correctional officer with a pencil.

 

            Location:  300 block of Fairbanks

            Summary:  Antonio Gonzalez-Esquvias, age 24, of 1350 Sterling Avenue in Joliet was cited for resisting/obstructing a peace officer, no valid registration and no valid driver’s license.

 

10/31   Location:  E. Cass and Walnut

            Summary:  Nelson A. Calderon-Peralta, age 23, of 1309 E. Cass St. in Joliet was cited for failure to signal, flee/attempt to elude peace officers and operating vehicle with no valid license.

10/26   Location:  W. Lincoln Highway and S. Pfeiffer Road                                   Frankfort

            Summary:  Astid E. Larrazolo-Perez, age 29, of 1433 Otto Blvd in Chicago Heights was cited for no registration light and no valid driver’s license.

 

            Location:  22049 S. Howell Drive                                          Carefree Sprinkler

            Summary:  Operations Manager stated that during the overnight hours, person/s unknown forced their way onto the property by cutting a fence.  Once offender/s got inside, they cut the catalytic converters off two work vans.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke through a chain link fence and removed a battery and a resonator from a BMW X5 vehicle.

 

            Location:  9900 block of S. Clow Creek                                Plainfield

            Summary:  Person/s unknown attempted to remove the catalytic converters from two vehicles.  They were unsuccessful.

 

11/1     Location:  S. Weber and W. Airport                                       DuPage

            Summary:  Erika L. Cryder, age 38, of 1472 Mollie Drive in Morris was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, illegal stopping/standing in roadway, and DUI/drugs & alcohol.

 

EAST TOWNSHIPS

 

10/28   Location:  7400 block of W. Pennington Lane                      Monee

            Summary:  Shaquita Reese, age 26, of 12020 S. Halsted St. in Chicago was cited for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

 

10/30   Location:  24000 block of S. Stoney Island                           Crete

            Summary:  Person/s unknown, driving a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee, broke into a residence.  The offender/s ransacked several rooms within the residence.  It was unclear at time of report if anything was stolen. Video surveillance is being reviewed.

10/26   Location:  S. Parker and W. Seminole Trail

            Summary:  Lorenzo Carrasco, age 23, of 7046 W. 87^th St. in Bridgeview was cited for aggravated speeding, failure to signal, improper passing, and improper lane usage.

 

            Location:  W. 159^th St. and S. Messenger Blvd.

            Summary:  Adam J. Sinclair, age 20, of 13030 Morning Glory Court in Homer Glen was cited for aggravated speeding and driving while license suspended.

 

10/30   Location:  13725 S. Dublin Drive                              Erin Hills Park

            Summary:  Multiple ATV riders caused damage to the grass and landscaping of the park.  Deputies observed several large torn-up and uprooted areas surrounding the playground with circular ruts consistent with offenders doing ‘donuts’.  Deputies spoke with a witness that stopped by while they were on scene.  The witness provided a photo of the offenders/ATV.

 

10/31   Location:  13000 block of S. Janas Parkway

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a residence through the garage service door.  At time of report, it was unclear if anything was missing.
