Summary: Kenneth Sutterfield, age 31, of 1719 1700w Road in Essex was arrested for DUI and battery.
11/1 Location: W. Baltimore and N. First St. Wilmington
Summary: Timothy Carley, age 28, of 23048 W. Stevens Lane in Wilmington was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage, improper equipment and driving in the wrong lane.
Location: W. Stripmine Road and S. Rt. 129 Wilmington
Summary: David C. Lopez, age 44, of 2150 Clark in Diamond was cited for driving while license suspended.

10/28 Location: E. Washington St. and Miller
Summary: Edilberto Vargas, age 44, of 410 David Avenue in Joliet was cited for improper passing and driving while license revoked.
10/31 Location: 20433 SE Frontage Road
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2012 and 2020 Polaris RZR’s and a trailer that they were parked on.
11/2 Location: 1034 Railroad St.
Summary: Director of Exclusive Adventures LLC stated that person/s unknown stole over $16,800 worth of boating equipment that was on the company boat.
LOCKPORT
10/28 Location; 100 block of W. Oak Avenue
Summary: Chynna D. Evans, age 29, address unknown, was arrested for criminal trespass to property.
10/29 Location: S. Briggs and Rosanne St.
Summary: Mayra Woolridge, age 44, of 1705 E. Washington in Joliet was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, improper display of registration. She was held on two active warrants: Will County and McLean County.
FRANKFORT AND NEW LENOX
10/27 Location: 19730 S. Harlem Avenue Speedway Frankfort
Summary: Employee stated that around 6am, an unknown male black, dressed in a black hoody, entered the store and while standing at the counter a customer asked for a pack of cigarettes. As the employee laid down a small amount of cash onto the counter that he had been counting in order to retrieve the cigarettes, the man reached in and took the cash. He immediately left the store and got into a vehicle and left the scene.
11/1 Location: 21000 block of S. 78th Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles and stole a toolbox, jumper cables, two pool cues in a case, and a small fire extinguisher from one of the vehicles. The second vehicle had a leather tote with clothing inside, an IPad, a chrome book, a necklace, earrings, and a watch stolen. Offender/s also flattened two tires on one of the vehicles and discharged the fire extinguisher inside of it.
11/2 Location: 7700 block of W. Garland Court Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown spray painted a derogatory word on the side of a vehicle and spray-painted a line down the side of the same vehicle. The offender also flattened a front tire. A witness stated that she had observed a small black vehicle with temporary license plates that started with “G” in the area at the time of the incident. The witness also stated that she observed a man run up to the vehicle and then run back to the vehicle entering the passenger side and speed off.

10/28 Location: S. Bell Road and W. 159th St.
Summary: Qariah Eggleston, age 20, of 1053 W. 115th St. was cited for no valid driver’s license.
10/30 Location: 15744 W. 151st. St. Trantina Farm Park
Summary: Homer Township employee stated that person/s unknown caused damage to the large park welcome sign by striking it with a vehicle. Replacement value: $2000.
10/31 Location: 14000 block of S. Pheasant Lane
Summary: Person/s unknown threw eggs at several vehicles parked on the street causing small scratches to the paint.
11/1 Location: S. Parker and W. Maverick Trail
Summary: Lawrence Ford, age 61, of 15421 S. Sulky Drive in Homer Glen was cited for aggravated speeding.
WEST TOWNSHIPS
10/31 Location: W. Renwick Road and S. Frontage Road Plainfield
Summary: Eric Asante, age 33, of 452 Larkspur Drive in Bolingbrook was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
11/1 Location: S. Spangler and S. Lincoln Highway Plainfield
Summary: Jeffery Mcnair, age 25, of 1010 Richards St. in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: Brighton and Churchill DuPage
Summary: Heather Vitton, age 40, of 651 Mason in Joliet was cited for obstructed windows, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.
11/2 Location: 25224 W. Rt. 30 Plainfield
Summary: Amerigas employee stated that person/s unknown used a BB gun in order to break seven windows from the companies building.
