2/11 Location: W. Lincoln Highway and Woodbridge Frankfort
Summary: Freddie White, age 38, of 21147 Sophia Drive in Matteson was cited for driving while license revoked.
Location: 24000 block of S. Harvest Hills Road Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a storage container and stole a laser, two battery chargers with batteries, a flashlight and an impact drill.
2/13 Location: 1800 block of E. Lincoln Highway New Lenox
Summary: Kevin B. Carter, Jr., age 40, of 245 Locust Lane in New Lenox was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property, aggravated battery to a police officer, aggravated assault, and resisting a police officer.
Location: 300 block of Hillside Road New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown broke a window out of a van. Stolen was a fusion splicer kit, hand tools, an impact drill and other fiber optic tools.
2/15 Location: 191st and 76th Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Raphael Martell Grant, age 28, of 1630 Fordem Avenue in Madison, WI was cited for no registration light and driving while license suspended.
2/16 Location: S. Frankfort Square Road and W. Glenshire Drive Frankfort
Summary: Joe Scott, age 44, of 122 Hay St. in Park Forest was cited for failure to signal and driving while license suspended.
2/17 Location: 7200 block of W. Lincoln Highway Frankfort
Summary: Toure L. Robinson, age 45, of 21373 Old North Church Road in Frankfort was arrested for criminal trespass to property.
JOLIET
2/11 Location: 3200 block of Norman Avenue
Summary: Zef Raci, age 41, of 8119 W. 83rd Place in Justice was cited for expired registration, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: N. Briggs and E. Cass
Summary: Jacqueline Epting, age 43, of 193 Carriage Lane in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.
2/14 Location: E. Washington and Court St.
Summary: Kayla Shelby, age 20, 1209 Hague Court in Joliet was cited for obstructing justice, obstruction of ID and unlawful possession of cannabis. She was held on an active Will County warrant.
2/15 Location: N. Larkin and W. Jefferson
Summary: Marcos Lopez, age 22, of 1628 Calla Drive in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and failure to signal.
2/16 Location: Sterling and Walnut
Summary: Erasmo Rojas, age 55, of 18625 Gougar in Joliet was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, disobeying a stop sign, improper lighting, and no registration light.
2/17 Location: 600 block of Patterson Road
Summary: Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene regarding a 2003 Mazda van that was observed with the front end down into a creek bed off the side of the road. When running the vehicle it was discovered that the vehicle had been reported stolen by Joliet Police earlier in the day.

Summary: Marsellus Campbell, age 24, of 706 Oneida St. in Joliet was cited for speeding and driving while license suspended.
WEST TOWNSHIPS
2/12 Location: 14000 block of S. Napa Circle Plainfield
Summary: Around midnight, person/s unknown threw two circular bricks through the living room window of a residence.
2/16 Location: S. Dillman and W. Ottawa Plainfield
Summary: Joseph L. Gonzalez, age 40, of 814 N. Raynor Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper display of registration.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
2/11 Location: 23000 block of S. Plum Valley Drive Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an residence through an unlocked garage service door and stole a set of sterling silver silverware, a set of dishes, two conch shells and four books.
Location: 25000 block of S. Kensington Lane Monee
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and opened the garage door or a residence. The offender/s then stole a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was parked inside the garage with the keys left inside.
2/12 Location: 8000 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road Monee
Summary: Person/s unknown made entry into an unlocked vehicle and stole a driver’s license, employee badge, $170, and two wallets.
2/16 Location: S. Governors Highway and W. Court St. Monee
Summary: Demarco Johnson, age 32, of 2715 S. MacArthur Blvd in Springfield, IL was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis and driving while license suspended.
2/17 Location: 8100 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road Monee
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a garage and stole four key fobs for four different vehicles and two keys to two ATV’s. The offender/s also rummaged through two of the vehicles and left the garage door open when they left the property.
HOMER GLEN
2/13 Location: 12000 block of w. 143rd St.
Summary: Gary Gaynor, age 32, of 15658 S. Twin Lakes Drive in Homer Glen was cited for expired registration, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving on suspended registration.
2/14 and 2/15
Location: 14000 block of S. Pheasant Lane
Summary: Resident stated that on 2/14 she observed multiple footprints in her backyard that were close to her home. While checking her video camera around 8pm, she observed several individuals walking across her yard to the street. On 2/15, around 1:20am, she heard noise on her driveway and went outside with a flashlight. She observed seven individuals around her vehicle pulling on the door handles. She yelled at the individuals and they took off. The vehicle doors were locked. No entry was made.
SOUTH TOWNSHIPS
2/17 Location: 16000 block of W. Baker Road Manhattan
Summary: Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles. A wallet was stolen from one vehicle and a gym bag and make up bag was stolen from the other. The wallet and gym bag were recovered nearby. The offender/s had removed what was inside.
