Summary: Paul Simms III, age 60, of this address was arrested for endangering the life/health of a child.

Summary: Roget Morris, age 29, of 1328 Fairmount Avenue in Joliet was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

Summary: Jouante D. Robinson, age 35, of 1607 Elgin Avenue in Joliet was arrested for speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, aggravated driving while license revoked, DUI, and two counts of aggravated DUI.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked pickup truck and stole two Peotone Fire Department t-shirts, five New Lenox Fire Department t-shirts, two New Lenox Fire Department polo shirts and $120.
11/1 Location: S. Chicago and E. Laraway
Summary: David L. Robinson, age 61, of 7325 S. Old Mazon Road in Gardner was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, DUI, DUI/drugs, aggravated DUI, aggravated DUI/drugs, and aggravated DUI/alcohol & drugs combined.

Summary: Darius Ester, age 37, of 357 Richmond Drive in Romeoville was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration.

Summary: Debra Lynn White, age 60, of 319 Merrimac St. in Park Forest was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, disregarding an traffic control device, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident.

Summary: Person/s unknown shattered the side window of a vehicle and stole the battery. USC was also reported stolen from the vehicle.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole a Henry 22 rifle that was a collector’s gun.
Location: 500 block of N. Hebbard
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole a wallet containing identification and a debit card.
Location: E. Zarley Blvd.
Summary: Person/s unknown returned a 1991 Mercury Grand Marquise that had been stolen on 11/2/2019. The CD player was stolen from the dashboard.
Location: Alma R. Huerta, age 42, of 9 Jessie St. in Joliet was cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to report an accident.
11/4 Location: 95 S. Chicago St. Adult Detention Facility
Summary: Darryl Allen, age 58, of 102 S. Illinois St. in Joliet and Gregory Young, age 56, of 112 N. Center in Joliet were both charged with battery.
Location: E. Cass and Herkimer St.
Summary: Cruz Reyes, age 29, of 416 Chase in Joliet was charged with two counts of possession of a fictitious ID, aggravated driving while license revoked and speeding in a construction zone.
Location: N. Center and W. Jefferson
Summary: Jose R. Romero Jr., age 51, of 418 Henderson Avenue in Joliet was cited for obstructed windows and no valid driver’s license.
FRANKFORT AND NEW LENOX
10/29 Location: S. LaGrange Road and Lincolnway Frankfort
Summary: James A. Harriel, age 24, of 437 Homeland Road in Matteson was cited for driving while license suspended and improper display of registration.
10/31 Location: 7218 W. Lincoln Highway Speedway Frankfort
Summary: Around 2:25am, a male/black in his late 40’s with a grey beard, approximately 150 lbs., wearing a grey hat and a Chicago Bears pullover, entered the store. The man asked the clerk for two cartons of Newport 100 cigarettes. The clerk retrieved the cartons and placed them on the counter. The man then asked the clerk for a pack of Black & Milds. When the clerk turned her back to get them the man lunged across the counter, grabbed the cigarettes, and fled the store in a white newer model sedan. The clerk was not injured. No patrons were in the store at the time of the theft. Video surveillance is being reviewed. A similar incident was reported at the Mokena Speedway on S. LaGrange Road shortly after this incident was reported.
WEST TOWNSHIPS
10/29 Location: W. Taylor and S. Budler Road Plainfield
Summary: Ryan J. Kokosz, age 19, of 16019 S. Donna Marie Drive in Homer Glen was arrested for criminal trespass to property after he was positively identified as the person who scaled a fence and entered private property of a Hemp farm.
11/1 Location: 25000 block of W. Wolfs Crossing Road Plainfield
Summary: Leslie P. Konicki, age 85, of 622 Hawley Drive in Oswego was cited for improper lane usage, failure to report an accident to police, failure to give information to owner after damaging property, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
10/29 Location: Independence Blvd and W. Exchange St. Crete
Summary: Shontelle Redden, age 43, of 602 Sibley in Calumet City was cited for driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration and expired registration.
Location: 100 block of W. Goodenow Road Beecher
Summary: William R. Istad, age 54, of 26729 S. Dunlieth Court in Crete was arrested for criminal trespass to property and theft under $500.
Location: 27641 S. Stoney Island Avenue Tuckaway Golf Course Crete
Summary: General Manager stated that person/s unknown entered the property, removed a metal barrier that surrounded the golf carts and stole 16 carts. It appears that the carts were driven from the cart corral, through the course and through a wooded area at the north end of the course near Goodenow and Stoney Island Avenue.
10/30 Location: 34th St. and Union Avenue Steger
Summary: Caesar Gonzales, age 23, of 1164 Wilcox St. in Hammond, IN was arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, obstructed windows and no valid driver’s license. Gonzales was held on an active Illinois State Police FTA warrant.
11/2 Location: E. Exchange and Crete Road Crete
Summary: Christian M. Goodlow, age 21, of 683 Jefferson St. in Crete was cited for driving while license suspended and improper lighting.
11/4 Location: 24000 block of S. Kings Rd. Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from the driveway of a residence. Later in the day, the vehicle owner contacted deputies to report that the GPS in his stolen vehicle showed that the vehicle was parked in the area of 35th and Susan Lane in Steger. Deputies located the vehicle on the 3600 block of Susan Lane. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
HOMER GLEN
10/29 Location: S. Gougar and W. 159th St.
Summary: Francisco Valencia, age 51, of 2207 Basswood Road in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding.
10/30 Location: S. Pheasant Lane and W. Morgan Court
Summary: Raqi Ballouta Smith, age 18, of 14122 Chestnut Lane in Orland Park was cited for failure to stop at stop sign, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
11/2 Location: W. Chicago-Bloomington Trail and S. Parker Road
Summary: Haley A. Nebelski, age 25, of 524 Schroeder in Peotone was arrested for driving without a bumper, operating a vehicle in unsafe condition, DUI, and child endangerment.
11/4 Location: 14946 S. Bell Road M & D Farms
Summary: Property owner stated that when one of his employees arrived at work they realized that person/s unknown had illegally entered the property and stole around 275 hemp plants from his four green houses. It appears that offenders drove a vehicle from the greenhouses and headed north to Founders Xing and Bell Road to enter and exit the property.

11/2 Location: 23000 block of S. Vetter Road Jackson
Summary: Mason B. Moldenhauer, age 22, of W 359n 7100 Brown Street in Oconomowoc, WI was arrested for theft over $500. He was held on two out-of-state warrants; Wisconsin and Florida.
11/4 Location: W. Delaney Road and Taylor Glen Drive Manhattan
Summary: Nicole Vahl, age 36, of 830 Anderson Road in New Lenox was cited for driving while license suspended.
LOCKPORT
11/3 Location: 202 Fairmont Avenue
Summary: Marco D. Smith, age 23, of 122 W. Oak Avenue in Lockport was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm.
