Summary: Jason E. Erikson, age 22, of 1065 McKinley St. in Lockport was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and no FOID card.
10/5 Location: Pine Avenue and Bruce Road
Summary: Jamaryl Spaulding, age 21, of 1401 Rock Run Drive in Crest Hill was cited for speeding and driving while license suspended.

Summary: Jesse J. Mohica, age 19, of 824 S. Jefferson St. in Lockport was cited for improper lane usage and no valid driver’s license.

Summary: A 33-year-old female was walking home from the store when an unknown male approached her from behind and grabbed her purse. The offender then took off running.

Summary: Terry L. Deloach, Jr., age 28, of 1912 Katie Court in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.

Summary: Jaime Greenwood/Lopez, age 43, of 127 S. Park Road in Joliet was cited for improper lane usage and driving while license suspended. She was held on an active FTA Will County warrant.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into three construction company’s storage trailers and began removing several pieces of equipment from each. The items were not stolen.

Summary: Salvador Estrada-Zurita, age 75, of 225 Union St. in Joliet was arrested for no tail lights, no registration lights, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, invalid driver’s license, and DUI.

Summary: Andrew J. Beltran, age 29, of 118 Twin Oaks in Joliet was arrested for speeding and DUI.
NEW LENOX AND FRANKFORT
10/3 Location: 18901 S. Gougar Road T-Mobile New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a cell phone tower, cut several cable wires, and stole two grounding bars. Estimated value: $2,000.
10/7 Location: 19420 S. Harlem Gas N Wash Frankfort
Summary: Around 6:40am, a Tinley Park man reported to deputies that he had parked his 2016 Nissan Altima in the parking lot in the front of the store. The man left the vehicle running and went inside, taking the vehicle key fob with him. Upon exiting the store, he realized person/s unknown had stolen the vehicle. Video surveillance is being reviewed.

10/1 Location: Rt. 59 and Caton Farm Road Plainfield
Summary: Keyshun Patterson, age 21, of 117 Arrowhead Lane in Bolingbrook was cited for driving while license suspended and improper turn at intersection.
10/3 Location: S. Naperville-Plainfield Road and Hassert Plainfield
Summary: Omar Contreras, age 22, of 9525 S. Avenue M in Chicago was cited for no valid driver’s license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
10/1 Location: E. 34th and Lewis Avenue Steger
Summary: Richard Pillman, age 33, of 1807 Reichert Avenue in Sauk Village was cited for defective windshield, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.
10/2 Location: 1200 block of W. Norfolk Avenue Crete
Summary: Nina Vazquez, age 34, of 323 Aspen St. in Hebron, IN was arrested for battery.
Location: 25109 S. LaGrange Road Everything Diesel Central
Summary: Four person/s unknown were observed in video surveillance stealing 300 hundred hemp plants that are owned by this business. Diesel Central is registered with the IL Department of Agriculture as a hemp processor. The theft occurred on 9/30/19.
10/4 Location: W. Old Monee Road and Nacke Road Crete
Summary: Ryan Defiore, age 31, of 229 W. 29th Place in South Chicago Heights was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was held on two active Cook County warrants.
10/7 Location: 700 block of W. Arlington Lane Crete
Summary: Kelvin J. Redus, age 26, of 924 W. Arlington Lane in Crete was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
HOMER GLEN
10/2 Location: W. 159th St. in S. Stonebridge Drive
Summary: Brendan Uher, age 26, of 16120 S. Sandy Bank Court in Homer Glen was cited for driving on wrong side of road, improper lane usage, driving too fast for conditions, improper overtaking on left, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and following too closely.
10/4 Location: 14136 S. Bell Road Davidson Sports Bar
Summary: Jason P. Lichtenstein, age 31, of 19w640 Bluff Road in Lemont was arrested for disorderly conduct.
10/7 Location: 14124 S. Bell Road Verizon Store
Summary: Person/s unknown used a hammer to break out the front glass door of the business. Offender/s entered the store and stole over $6,000 worth of miscellaneous Samsung and House of Marley products. Video surveillance is being reviewed.
