7/2 Location: 14000 block of W. Kennedy Road Manhattan
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2014 Dodge 2500 from the driveway of a residence. The vehicle was unlocked with the key fob inside the vehicle.
7/8 Location: 24000 block of S. Brandon Road Jackson
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2001 black and white Yamaha 125cc dirt bike.
LOCKPORT
7/3 Location: 19000 block of W. Renwick Road
Summary: Person/s unknown broke a window in order to gain entry into a semi-truck. Stolen was a printer, two-way radio, a GPS, various tools, a portable refrigerator, cash, and clothing.
7/7 Location: Lawrence and Whelan
Summary: Robert H. Vercellotti, age 50, of 1812 S. Jefferson St. in Lockport was cited for driving while license suspended and failure to signal.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
7/7 Location: N. Rt. 50 and W. County Line Road Peotone
Summary: Morris Jones, age 31, of 821 Palm Drive in Glenwood was arrested for DUI, failure to dim headlights, disobeying a stop sign, improper turn at intersection, improper lane usage and possession of firearm while intoxicated. Jamie L. Reid, age 33, of 13409 W. Circle Drive in Crestwood was charged with domestic battery and resisting a police officer.
WEST TOWNSHIPS
7/4 Location: 19000 block of W. Airport Road DuPage
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a FedEx package containing a color printer from the front step of a residence.
7/5 Location: 1500 block of W. Normantown Road DuPage
Summary: Marc Stewart, age 48, of 1963 Crestview Circle in Romeoville was cited for operating vehicle with suspended registration, failure to surrender cancelled registration and driving while license suspended.
7/6 Location: 14000 block of S. Longview Lane Plainfield
Summary: Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles and stole an unknown amount of change and a garage door opener.
7/7 Location: S. Budler and S. Oregon Plainfield
Summary: Kirsten Ruona, age 32, of 200 Tacoma Court in Romeoville was cited for driving with expired license plates, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no brake lights, and driving while license revoked.
7/8 Location: Hassert Blvd. and Chokeberry Drive Wheatland
Summary: Louis T. Bond, age 42, of 30 W055 Vincent Circle in Naperville was cited for driving while license suspended.
Location: N. Weber Road and W. Romeo Road DuPage
Summary: Reginald Burrows, age 49, of 1705 Trails End in Bolingbrook was cited for suspended registration.
FRANKFORT AND NEW LENOX
7/2 Location: 9500 block of W. Valley Farm Drive Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked construction vehicle and stole a grease gun, grinder, tools, band saw, laser, and a hammer drill.
Location: 300 block of W. Circle Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a UPS package off the back porch of a residence.
Location: W. Lincoln Highway and Elm St. Frankfort
Summary: Noel M. Cermak, age 21, of 15836 Iroquois Drive in Manhattan was arrested for DUI and failure to dim headlights.
7/4 Location: 9300 block of W. Magnolia Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Homeowner stated that his home had been vandalized on two previous occasions so this night he was sitting on the side of his residence when he observed an unknown silver 4-door vehicle park down the street. He observed two unknown male white subjects approach his residence. One of the subjects lighted some type of firework and threw it towards his residence. The other subject threw a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka that broke out a bedroom window. The homeowner chases the subjects but they were able to flee the area. Video surveillance being reviewed.
Location: 19730 S. Harlem Speedway Frankfort
Summary: About 5:15am two male black subjects pulled up in a white Cadillac Escalade and entered the store. The two subjects walked around the store and then approached the counter. The subjects told two employees that this was a stick up and to open the register and lay on the floor. The subjects grabbed the cash in the drawer and over 30 cartons of Newport cigarettes. It is believed that at least one of the subjects had a knife in his hand. They left the scene going southbound. No one was injured. Under investigation.
7/6 Location: S. Gougar and W. Haven New Lenox
Summary: Toyre Strickland, age 31, of 19419 Chestnut Drive in County Club Hills was cited for failure to dim headlights, driving while license suspended, resisting a police officer and no valid registration.
7/7 Location: 8000 block of W. Farmhouse Road Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown threw an empty bottle of liquor at a parked vehicle causing the driver side mirror to break.
Location: W. Maple and Nelson New Lenox
Summary: Guadalupe Ruiz, age 44, of 325 Lime St. in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage.
Location: W. Barbara Lane and S. 80th Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Nekedriah Young, age 21, of 454 Grove Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids was cited for no valid driver’s license and obstructing identification.
7/8 Location: 13000 block of W. 185th St. Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a silver diamond and sapphire ring.
Location: 12000 block of W. Warren Drive Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $20 and a small pink change purse.
Location: 12000 block of W. Warren Drive Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole a driver’s license, debit card, and credit card. Offender/s also entered a second vehicle and stole $100.
HOMER GLEN
7/7 Location: 1330 Smith Road Bambrick Park
Summary: A dark colored Jeep, filled with individuals, was observed in the area prior to a firework being lit and thrown inside the portable bathroom. The witness also heard the explosion and saw the unit filled with smoke.
7/8 Location: 14000 block of S. Bell Road
Summary: Carlos Gutierrez, age 20, of 14510 S. Mallard Lane in Homer Glen was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, and failure to give information.
JOLIET
7/2 Location: 2009 Maple Road Keisters Garage
Summary: Three vehicles parked in the lot were entered by person/s unknown. An IPass and a radar detector was stolen from one vehicle.
7/3 Location: W. Jefferson and Wheeler
Summary: Layla Wilson, age 24, of 109 Hunts Bridge Road in Matteson was cited for no brake lights and driving while license suspended.
Location: N. larkin and Ingalls
Summary: Fernando Martinez, age 41, of 12516 Maple in Blue Island was cited for disregarding a traffic control device, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Myra Cruz Zarate, age 32, of 2657 Vermont St. in Blue Island was cited for permitting unauthorized person to drive.
Location: 100 block of S. Briggs
Summary: Edgar Herrera, age 30, of 116 S. Briggs in Joliet was cited for failure to yield and no valid driver’s license.
Location: 5900 block of W. Eagle Lake Road
Summary: Rickey Stonge, age 44, of 5944 W. Eagle Lake Road in Peotone was arrested for aggravated battery to a peace officer, domestic battery, and resisting a peace officer.

Summary: Denise Guillermo, age 20, of 321 Wilhelm Court in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.
7/5 Location: E. Cass and Page Avenue
Summary: Keyonoa Robinson, age 38, of 413 Herkimer in Joliet was cited for improper display of registration, defective windshield, possession of suspended license and driving while license suspended.
Location: E. Cass and N. Eastern
Summary: Kieren Robinson, age 23, of 101 N. Nicholson in Joliet was cited for suspended registration, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: N. 129th Infrantry Drive and W. Jefferson
Summary: Dreamma Veasy, age 38, of 610 Allen in Joliet was cited for illegal use of cell phone and driving while license suspended.
Location: W. Jefferson and N. Larkin
Summary: James Johnson, Jr., age 50, of 7131 S. May St. in Chicago was cited for disobeying a police officer and driving while license suspended.
Location: 1600 E. Washington St. Citgo
Summary: Around 12:20am deputies responded to an alarm call. Upon arrival the front door was shattered and there was signs that offender/s had been inside. Video surveillance was observed where a dark, four door sedan is seen pulling into the parking lot with three male juveniles inside. The juveniles are seen throwing a brick through the front door. One of the suspects was observed grabbing a box of Laffy Taffy’s before exiting. Nothing else was taken.
7/6 Location: W. Jefferson and Republic Avenue
Summary: Reggie Dillard, age 47, of 2006 E. Washington St. in Joliet was arrested for disregarding a stop sign, speeding, no registration lights, expired driver’s license, failure to stop/yield to emergency vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: Chicago Street
Summary: Raymund Knight, age 31, of 2355 White Birch Lane in Joliet was cited for improper lane usage, improper display of registration and no driver’s license ever issued.
Location: Lime St. and N. Broadway
Summary: Gregorio Pastrana-Conde, age 43, of 826 N. Raynor in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper equipment.
Location: Elsie and N. Broadway
Summary: Omar Vasquez, age 51, of 421 Elwood Avenue in Joliet was cited for improper lighting, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license and unsafe equipment.
7/7 Location: Essington and Ingalls
Summary: Kristin Denos, age 33, of 913 Mulford Lane in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, improper display of registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was held on an FTA warrant.
7/8 Location: Brookforest and Country Glen Drive
Summary: Justin Brooks, age 20, of 723 John St. in Joliet was cited for expired registration and driving while license suspended.
