LOCKPORT
6/25 Location: 16000 block of W. Tameling Drive
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2010 Buick Lacrosse from the driveway of a residence. The keys were left inside the vehicle and the doors were unlocked.
6/29 Location: S. State St. and South Avenue
Summary: Octavia McCann, age 26, of 358 N. Broadway in Joliet was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, and expired registration.
7/1 Location: 3326 S. State St. Bayardo’s Auto Repair
Summary: Two vehicles were damaged by an unknown thin, male, black subject and a thin, male, Hispanic male. Both subjects were viewed in video surveillance checking multiple vehicle doors in an attempt to open them. The subjects were driving a dark blue Jeep.
Location: 2600 block of Lawrence
Summary: Homeowner stated that he had received confirmation that two packages was delivered to his home from Amazon. When the homeowner arrived to his residence the two package were gone. Video surveillance observed a male/black, wearing a white t-shirt and jeans taking the packages from the front door. Under investigation.
WEST TOWNSHIPS
6/25 Location: 25000 block of W. Prairie Hill Lane Plainfield
Summary: Three subjects were observed outside a work vehicle. One subject entered the vehicle and stole a .357 magnum. The vehicle was unlocked at the time of the theft.
6/26 Location: W. 127th St. and S. Rt. 59 Plainfield
Summary: Kampen Egesa, age 44, of 2309 119th St. in Blue Island was cited for no evidence of registration, failure to secure new registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, no registration plates and driving with expired license plates.
6/27 Location: S. Wentworth and S. Budler DuPage
Summary: Chyenne Sinciro, age 21, of 1702 Mary Ann Lane in Lockport was cited for driving while license suspended and illegal use of cell phone.
6/28 Location: 25523 W. Ruff St. Plainfield
Summary: Person/ unknown removed two catalytic convertors from a Ford F-150 that was parked in the business parking lot at Specialty Process Engineering.
6/30 Location: 8845 Schoger Drive Wheatland Adcock Construction
Summary: Two unknown males, ages about 20 to 45, with light complexions were seen exiting the business and running from the property. Nothing was found missing at time of report.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
6/25 Location: Western Avenue and W. Sauk Trail Crete
Summary: Ashlee Howard, age 23, of 30 Ash St. in Park Forest was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding.
6/29 Location: S. Klemme Road and E. Indiana Avenue Crete
Summary: Guadalupe Fernandez, age 20, of 1617 W. Kentucky Road in Beecher was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid driver’s license, and operating an uninsured motor vehicvle.
FRANKFORT AND NEW LENOX
6/26 Location: 1900 block of Howell Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a business parking lot and stole a dump trailer worth $7500.
6/27 Location: 2800 block of Morcambe Bay Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle, that the owner believed to be locked, and stole $100.
Location: 1800 block of Pheasant Lane New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle, that the owner believed to be locked, and stole a backpack containing a wallet, $20, a work ID, and work clothing.
Location: 2800 block of Chessington Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle, that the owner believed to be locked, and stole a duffel bag containing miscellaneous items.
Location: 2100 block of Morcambe Bay Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle that the owner believed to be locked. The passenger door was wide open and the trunk was open when the owner discovered the vehicle. Nothing was stolen.
Location: 2100 block of Morcambe Bay Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle that the owner believed to be locked. The rear passenger door and the driver’s door were both opened when the owner discovered the vehicle. A loaded handgun was stolen from inside the vehicle.
Location: 2800 block of Abbington Drive New Lenox
Summary: Person/s unknown entered two vehicles that the owner believed to be locked. Stolen was a wallet containing $300 and credit cards. The garage door opener was also stolen from one of the vehicles. One of the vehicle owners was contacted two days later via email stating that someone was fraudulently attempting to file for unemployment under his name.
6/29 Location: 800 block of Melrose St. New Lenox
Summary: Philip Z. Kluever, age 18, of 256 Colony Lane in New Lenox and Darnell Maebane, age 18, of 12614 S. Racine Avenue in Calumet Park were both arrested for disorderly conduct.
7/1 Location: W. Lincoln Highway and Elm St. Frankfort
Summary: Humbertino Santana Suarez, age 38, of 425 W. 14th Place in Chicago Heights was cited for driving while license suspended.
Location: 7654 W. Lincoln Highway Shell Gas Frankfort
Summary: Nicholas W. Mailhiot, age 28, of 200 W. Lincoln in Peotone was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass to property.
HOMER GLEN
6/25 Location: W. 159th St. and S. Parker Road
Summary: Sharlynn Parker, age 22, of 13178 Ironwood Circle in Homer Glen was cited for driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
6/27 Location: 14000 S. Parker Road
Summary: Deputies were called at 1:45am to a residence and spoke with the homeowner who stated that while inside his garage, sitting in a chair, a white SUV pulled into his driveway and turned off its lights. Two male black subjects exited and ran into his garage. The SUV then backed out and parked in the center of the road. One male black subject was described as 5’9”, thin, ear-length dreadlocks, wearing a dark bandana over his lower face. According to the victim, this subject was holding a handgun in each hand and demanded money. The victim told the offender that he had no money. The offender took the victims phone and a Galaxy Note 5 and handed them to the second offender. The second offender demanded the pass codes and returned to the SUV, which was driven by a third subject.
The second offender was described as a male black, about 6 feet tall with a medium build wearing a dark bandana over the lower portion of his face. He was also holding a handgun in each hand, went through cabinets in the garage, and took a backpack containing clothes and a Ring camera/doorbell that was new and still in the box. The victim was not injured in the incident. Under investigation.
7/1 Location: 143rd St. and S. Will Cook Road
Summary: Brandi Daniels, age 32, of 1507 W. Marquette Road in Chicago was cited for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper lighting.

6/27 Location: W. Wilmington-Peotone Road and S. Indian Trail Wilmington
Summary: Lester S. Bushue, age 47, of 785 E. Mary Lane in Godley was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license revoked. Alexis M. Ploskonka, age 20, of 936 S. Hamilton in Lockport was cited for improper turn at intersection.
6/29 Location: Debbie Lane and Park Drive Wilmington
Summary: Eric Jouravleff, age 27, of 1804 W. Davis Avenue in McHenry, IL was cited for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper display of registration.
7/1 Location: W. Baltimore and Coal City Road Wilmington
Summary: Corey Ingram, age 27, of 2561 Stellon St. in Diamond was cited for driving while license suspended and improper display of registration.

Summary: Edward Bahlmann, age 38, of 1448 Pioneer Road in Crest Hill was cited for improper registration display and driving while license suspended.

Summary: Francisco Rosas, age 25, of 308 N. Eastern Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding.

Summary: Aubrey Gray III, age 44, of 413 Whiteside Drive in Joliet was cited for no registration lights, driving while license suspended, and illegal transportation of alcohol.
6/26 Location: N. Briggs and E Cass
Summary: Weston Graham, age 20, of 7708 W. Frankfort Square Road in Frankfort was cited for improper lighting and driving while license suspended.

Summary: Melvin Mensahn, age 34, of 4441 S. Indiana Avenue in Chicago was cited for suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
6/27 Location: I55 and S. Frontage Road W
Summary: Shane Koos, age 35, of 611 E. Cass St. in Joliet was arrested for eight counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, expired registration and loud muffler.
6/28 Location: W. Jefferson and S. Raynor
Summary: Erik Lopez-Rivera, age 32, of 1209 Kenmore Avenue in Joliet was cited for no headlights, no registration lights, driver’s license never issued, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Summary: Earnest Tillery, age 44, of 400 Siegmund St. in Joliet was cited for no registration lights and driving while license suspended.

Summary: An unknown male white, shirtless, wearing a black backpack and riding a red mini-bike pulled up to a residence and stole three packages from the front porch of a residence. The packages contained over the counter medication.

Summary: Randi Ziegler, age 31, of 106 E. 4th St. in Lockport was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give aid, failure to report accident to police, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of open alcohol.

Summary: Person/s unknown kicked in the service door of a garage and stole a green mini-bike and an air compressor.
6/30 Location: E. Cass and Henderson
Summary: Paul Bidne, age 43, of 108 S. Park Road in Joliet was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage, speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Summary: Derrick Bailey, age 28, of 819 Eunice Avenue in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and disobeying a traffic control device.

Summary: Aurora Rodriguez, age 24, of 100 Akin Avenue in Joliet was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a stolen firearm, and unlawful possession of a firearm/ammunition.

Summary: Anabel Navarro, age 33, of 127 Barry Avenue in Lockport was cited for disobeying a stop sign, no valid driver’s license, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
