SOUTH TOWNSHIPS

 

3/10     Location:  22000 block of S. Cedar Road                  Manhattan

            Summary:  An unknown fair skinned white male, about 35-40 years old, bald, about 5’6” tall with a thin build was observed on private property with steel forks for a lift truck in the bed of the man’s Chevy pickup truck.    The property owner stated that he had not given anyone permission to take the scrap metal off his property. The owner approached the man, at which time the man ran to his truck and sped off.

3/9       Location:  Nobes and Green Garden Place

            Summary:  Darrius Hamilton, age 20, of 2127 Englewood St. in Lockport was cited for speeding, improper display of license plate, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

 

3/10     Location:  Green Garden Place and North Avenue

            Summary:  Shantilacy Zabala, age 27, of 1028 Waverly Place in Joliet was cited for disobeying a stop sign and driving while license suspended.

3/6       Location:  200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive                       DuPage

            Summary:  Omar Leon, age 42, of 561 Anna Lane in Romeoville was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

 

3/7       Location:  W. Taylor Road and N. Pinnacle Drive                DuPage

            Summary:  Reginald A. Ward, Jr., age 28, of 21803 W. Juneau Drive in Plainfield was cited for suspended registration.

 

NEW LENOX AND FRANKFORT

 

3/7       Location:  I80 and S. LaGrange Road                                    Frankfort

            Summary:  Deidra Lynn Crook, age 36, of 1081 Forest Drive in Casper, WY, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

3/5       Location:  McDonough and S. Larkin                       

            Summary:  Kanard F. Waters, age 31, of 1600 Valley View Place in Joliet was cited for improper lane usage and driving while license suspended.

 

3/6       Location:  S. Chicago and 4^th Avenue

            Summary:  Chanel Diamond Mitchell, age 24, of 1703 Center St. in Crest Hill was cited for no child restraints, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

 

            Location:  S. Weber Road and W. Thomas Drive

            Summary:  Nakeiah McCallum, age 21, of 1417 Sehring St. in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.

 

3/9       Location:  2400 block of Poplar St.

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles.  A purse with bank and credit cards and a gold ring were inside.  Several charges were made on the cards prior to the victim knowing that the purse had been stolen.

 

            Location:  1600 block of E. Cass

            Summary:  Carlos Quinones, age 42, of 5121 S. Damen Avenue in Chicago was arrested for burglary, criminal trespass to property, obstruction of justice, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment.

 

3/10     Location:  1800 block of E. Washington

            Summary:  Josefina Black, age 48, of 2 Peale in Joliet and Thurmond Lurry III, age 42, of 2 Peale in Joliet were both arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm.

 

3/11     Location:  N. Ottawa and Crowley

            Summary:  Jeremy Terry, age 28, of 211 E. 89^th St. in Chicago was cited for driving while license suspended.

 

            Location:  I80 and Richards St.

            Summary:  Shanette McKinley, age 24, of 113 S. Briggs St. in Joliet was cited for improper passing, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

 

EAST TOWNSHIPS

 

3/5       Location:  S. Stoney Island and E. Burville                            Crete

            Summary:  Carrie Kowal, age 51, of 9175 W. 107^th Place in Saint John, IN was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

 

            Location:  W. County Line Road and Dixie Highway                       Crete

            Summary:  Herminio Aguilar, age 60, of 12708 W. 165^th Avenue in Lowell, IN was cited for driving while license revoked and failure to yield to avoid accident.

 

3/7       Location:  W. Norfolk and S. Western Avenue                     Crete

            Summary:  Nathan Randle, age 29, of 472 Fairway Lane in University Park was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and expired registration.  Reginald Heavens, age 27, of 464 Fairway Lane in University Park was cited for driving with expired registration.

 

            Location:  University Drive and University Parkway                                    Crete

            Summary:  Kelly L. Hoover, age 30, of 4088 Appleby Court in Richton Park was cited for speeding and driving while license suspended.

 

3/10     Location:  W. Exchange and Independence Blvd.                 Crete

            Summary:  Lionel Lusbourgh, age 30, of 22470 S. Independence Blvd. in Crete was cited for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

3/6       Location:  W. 159^th St. and S. Bell Road

            Summary:  Michael R. Dybala, age 53, of 12936 W. 159^th St. in Homer Glen was arrested for failure to reduce speed, improper lane usage, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid, and DUI.

 

3/9       Location:  S. Bell Road and W. Glengary Drive

            Summary:  Mark Ziccarelli, age 56, of 105 Marie Drive in Downers Grove was cited for failure to signal and driving while license suspended.
