Summary: Samuel J. Gonzalez, age 21, of 416 Williamson in Joliet was cited for driving while license revoked.

Summary: Person/s unknown stole a silver 7 x 14 Haulmark enclosed trailer. It was parked in a business parking lot at time of theft.
12/19 Location: 8000 block of W. Lincoln Highway Frankfort
Summary: Tameka Green, age 42, of 248 S. Hickory St. in Glenwood, IL was cited for driving with revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Summary: Person/s unknown sprayed foam insulation inside a metal mailbox of a residence.

Summary: Person/s unknown sprayed foam insulation into a metal mailbox of a residence.
12/22 Location: 13000 block of W. Cynthia Lane Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2010 Lincoln Navigator from the driveway of a residence. The owner contacted IPass and was notified that the vehicle had entered I355 after it was stolen.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole loose change and a credit card.

WEST TOWNSHIPS
12/18 Location: 12000 block of S. Elaine Drive Plainfield
Summary: Two vehicles had two tires flattened by an unknown sharp object. The vehicles were parked in a resident’s driveway at the time of the property damage.
12/20 Location: S. Highpoint Drive and S. Weber Rd. DuPage
Summary: Taurus T. Coleman, age 25, of 1507 S. Chicago St. in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license. He was held on an active Will County warrant.
12/23 Location: 23000 block of W. Link Lane/1600 block of McGrath/ 23000 block of Peterson/23000 block of Fern & 23000 block of Rueben Plainfield
Summary: Thirteen unlocked vehicles were entered by two male subjects around 3:40am. Five vehicles on Link Lane, three vehicles on McGrath, three vehicles on Peterson Lane, one on Fern and one on Rueben. All victims, except one on Link Lane, did not wish to file a report with deputies and stated nothing was stolen. Neighborhood video surveillance captured two white/light skinned males in their late teens/early twenties walking up driveways opening vehicle doors that were unlocked. One subject had some facial hair; the other had facial hair with a small goatee and medium length hair.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a pick-up truck and ransacked the glove compartment. The victim of the theft to vehicle found in her front yard a backpack with two sets of wireless headphones, four business invoices and a pack of hand warmers inside.
Location: 16000 block of S. Dan O’Connell Drive Plainfield
Summary: Two unknown male teenagers were observed with flashlights going through a vehicle. The homeowner observed the teens at 7pm after he heard a noise outside and looked out the window. The homeowner then yelled at the subjects and the subjects ran off. The vehicle was unlocked and the teenagers had stolen a wallet.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
12/19 Location: W. 34th St. and S. Kings Road Steger
Summary: Jasmine D. Gray, age 22, of 18917 Avers Avenue in Flossmoor was cited for driving with suspended license and suspended registration.
Location: 900 block of E. Richton Road Crete
Summary: Michael E. Pazera, age 40, of 210 S. West St. in Crown Point, IN was arrested for improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, DUI/drugs, Aggravated DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of heroin over 15 grams.

Summary: Nicole L. Smith, age 27, of 3325 Peoria St. in Steger was cited for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
12/20 Location: University Parkway and Blackhawk Drive University Park
Summary: Paul D. Kruger, age 25, of 1313 Independence Blvd. in Chicago was cited for obstructing identification, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended and no seat belts.
12/22 Location: W. Joliet Road and S. 104th Avenue Peotone
Summary: Hayden L. Karstensen, age 22, of 32238 S. Cottage Grove in Beecher was cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give information in an accident.
12/23 Location: 25000 block of S. Cambridge Drive Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a Smith and Wesson firearm.
Location: W. New Monee Road and S. Sangamon St. Crete
Summary: Danielle Whitehead, age 30, of 519 Amsterdam Lane in Peotone was cited for aggravated speeding.
JOLIET
12/18 Location: 400 block of N. Briggs
Summary: Person/s unknown broke out both passenger side windows and the rear windshield of a vehicle. Several scratches along the door panels was also observed. Stolen was a 25-watt amplifier, three speakers, and a music battery.

Summary: Tierra S. Gordon, age 19, of 2615 Caddy Lane in Joliet was cited for failure to signal, no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: S. Chicago and E. Zarley Blvd.
Summary: Anjel Cepeda, age 23, of 120 Luana Road in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.
12/19 Location: N. Larkin and W. Jefferson St.
Summary: Roy D. Radloff, age 61, of 47 N. Jane Drive in Elgin was cited for no valid driver’s license. He was held on an active Elgin Police warrant.

Summary: Raysion Lehmann, age 46, of 150 N. Chicago St. in Joliet was cited for improper lane usage, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
12/20 Location: E. Cass and Harwood
Summary: Christopher Leblanc, age 35, of 3 N. Cagwin in Joliet was cited for no registration lights and driving while license revoked.
12/21 Location: S. Larkin and McDonough St.
Summary: Lakeisha Blair, age 23, of 233 E. 21st St. in Chicago Heights was cited for suspended registration, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: 14 W. Jefferson St. Will County Courthouse
Summary: Raymond R. Richardson, age 31, of 1209 Highland Avenue in Joliet was arrested for criminal trespass to property after he made a disturbance in the courtroom and the judge ordered him out of the courthouse. Richardson left the courtroom and sat in the hallway on a bench. Deputies were called and he was given two options - to leave on his own or to be arrested - Richardson chose being arrested.

Summary: Courtney S. Hopkins, age 29, of 1531 Englewood Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.
Location: 3rd Avenue and Richards St.
Summary: Joshua Stockwell, age 28, of 310 Golfmoor in Joliet was cited for improper lane usage and driving while license revoked.
12/22 Location: John St. and Catherine
Summary: Jose Lebron-Ramos, age 42, of 1118 Krings in Joliet was cited for no bumper on vehicle and driving while license suspended.
Location: 600 block of Manhattan Road
Summary: Jacqueline R. Urias, age 32, of 2206 Capri Avenue in Joliet was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to notify of damage to property, failure to notify of accident, 2 counts – Aggravated DUI, 6 counts - Aggravated DUI with other violations, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended and 2 counts - driving on a revoked/suspended DUI. Around 3:15pm, deputies were dispatched to a residence where they were advised that someone had crashed in the front yard of a residence and struck a tree. The driver, later identified as Urias, spoke with the homeowner, then got back into her vehicle and left the scene. Deputies were able to follow the vehicle fluid trail into the driveway of a residence on the 1500 block of Sugar Creek. Urias was located in her vehicle and was unconscious. She was transported to St. Joe’s for observation and a broken nose and was later released to deputies. She also was being held on two active FTA warrants from Chicago Police.
HOMER GLEN
12/18 Location: 15000 block of S. Cranberry Court
Summary: Person/s unknown shattered the window of a pick-up truck and used brown spray paint on the driver’s door.
Location: 14000 block of S. Sheffield Drive
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a locked storage unit and stole a drill, 9-piece tool kit, numerous Snap-On tools, and a tool cart with tools.
12/19 Location: 17000 block of S. McCarron Road
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked barn and stole a John Deere E130 riding lawn mower.
12/21 Location: 14000 block of S. Mustang Drive
Summary: Person/s unknown broke out the driver side front and rear windows of a vehicle. The windshield also had multiple cracks in the glass. It was unclear at time of report if anything was stolen from inside.
Location: 14000 block of S. King Road
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into an unoccupied home and smeared feces inside the bathrooms.
Location: 14000 block of S. Pine Grove Drive
Summary: Person/s unknown broke out the driver’s side window of a vehicle and caused a large hole in the rear driver’s side window, and two large holes in the rear windshield. The vehicle was legally parked on the street at the time of the damage.
Location: S. Bell Road and W. 159th St.
Summary: Michael Greenfield, age 54, of 13819 Creekside Court in Homer Glen was arrested for improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and DUI.
Location: 12000 block of W. East Hank Court
Summary: Person/s unknown smashed out the windshield of a vehicle. Nothing was missing from inside.
12/22 Location: 13000 block of W. Doral Lane
Summary: Person/s unknown shattered the front and rear driver’s side windows out of a vehicle that was parked on the street. Nothing was missing from inside.
Location: 15000 block of S. Paddock Lane
Summary: Person/s unknown shattered the windshield of a vehicle that was parked on the street.
