Yesterday, 9/20/17, Will County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Daniel Czupryn, age 59, of 2 Caribou Court in Bolingbrook on three counts of child pornography.   Detectives first became aware of Czupryn last month after they received a tip from the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force.  Detectives immediately began their investigation and found that Czupryn was involved in sharing child pornography through a social media site.  After a search of his computer and cell phones, Czupryn was brought in for questioning where he made statements implicating himself. 

Daniel Czupryn was booked into the Adult Detention Facility and was charged with three counts of child pornography.  His bond was set at $100,000 (10% to apply). 

Czupryn is currently a part-time Romeoville Fireman, works as a GI tech at DuPage Medical Center in Oakbrook, and works part time at Meier’s in Bolingbrook.  –end-
